Do I need an Amazon seller account?
Yes. The data comes from Product Opportunity Explorer, which is free inside Seller Central. If you don't have an account yet, email us. We're preparing a consulting option for beginners.
Do you need my password or login?
Never. You download the files yourself and send them to us. Please don't send us your login details.
How long does it take?
Within 2 business days after we receive your files. You spend about 5 minutes per product idea downloading them with our guide.
Are the numbers exact?
Search counts and purchases come from Amazon's own data. Scores, keyword difficulty and launch units are our estimates based on that data. They're for comparing ideas, not a sales guarantee.
What if my files are wrong or missing?
We'll tell you exactly what to fix. If we can't build your report from the files, you get a full refund.
What happens to my data?
We use your files only for your report and delete them after delivery. See our privacy policy.
